Our team story
Meet Adam Kim
Our team is led by Adam, who brings over 13 years of experience in restaurant management. Through his extensive experience, he understands the importance of both customers and staff, as well as the significance of providing customer-centric service paired with high-quality food and beverages. His knowledge and passion contribute to offering a wide variety of dishes and drinks at our restaurant.
Meet Terry Chun
Terry Chun is one of the key figures at Adam's Chicken & Pocha. Although he currently works in the audio industry, his passion for the service sector has led him to deeply immerse himself in serving and bartending. With formal education and self-taught expertise, Terry has become a well-rounded professional in the field.
One of Terry’s major contributions to our restaurant is the sound design and installation. His goal was to create an atmosphere where guests can focus on meaningful conversations without distraction, and he achieved this beautifully.
Terry has also played a pivotal role in crafting our drink menu. From designing and perfecting the layout of all our cocktails to training staff on how to present them with flair and excellence, his influence has been invaluable. He has introduced creative options like the soju highball, which has quickly become a customer favorite.
In addition to his hands-on contributions, Terry collaborates closely with Adam to find innovative ways to enhance the customer experience. His insights and dedication to staff training have made him an indispensable part of Adam's Chicken & Pocha.
